Since 2001, Chef Reni Catering has built its success on customer flexibility, with reputation for cost- effective planning, exceptional food and services.
Chef Reni was born into a family passionate about food. Her father was a notable restaurateur in her native Brazil, and she grew up on a bountiful farm, surrounded by the freshest ingredients in nature.
It was this upbringing that fostered her love and appreciation of the finest, freshest of foods. With a degree in Culinary Arts from the Prestigious Johnson & Wales University, she now lives and works in South Florida. She began as an executive chef for a world-renowned private company and has since begun what has now become Aventura's premier boutique catering and event-planning service.
Her inspired cuisine includes contemporary American and Brazilian fare, although her talents are limitless. She describes her cuisine as "multi-cultural,"
having merged traditional cuisine with modern style and elegance.

They are so passionate about providing the best experience possible that they typically only do one to two events per day. It's a commitment they all (chefs, servers, bartenders, event planners, administrative staff, drivers—everyone) take very seriously, and the results speak for themselves.
